
Every morning the same thing: sandwiches, porridge, omelet. But I want something new, and to be fast and tasty. Potato waffles-a cool leap wand made of tg-blog “Recipes for lazy people” (16+): everything is simple, minimum dishes, and the taste is like in a glamorous cafe. 10 minutes, and you have something interesting on your table, with a crispy crust and a soft middle.
What you need
- 3 average potatoes
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. l. sour cream
- 2 tbsp. l. flour
- Salt, pepper and favorite spices – to taste
- A little green onion or dill
- Grated cheese for splendor
How to cook
Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, slightly squeeze excess juice. Mix with egg, sour cream, flour, add salt, pepper and greens. If you want to be brighter, add a little cheese or greens. Mix everything.
Put a tablespoon on a preheated waffle iron and bake for 5-6 minutes until golden crust. It is not a problem, if there is no waffle box, an ordinary frying pan with anti -stick coating is also suitable: it turns out not waffles, but more a pancake, but still tasty.
You can eat with anything – with sausages, sausage, fish, or just with sour cream or fast sauce based on mustard and honey. Ideal for breakfast, snack or picnic in nature.
