The Norilsk Transport Prosecutor's Office checked the implementation of flight safety legislation in the city and found a violator.

Law enforcement officers found that in the fall of 2025, a local resident was flying a drone that was not registered with the Federal Air Transport Agency. The flight took place in class “H” airspace.

“Class H is installed in the airspace from 0 to 150 meters from the earth’s or water surface and on routes specially designated for drones at altitudes below 3050 meters,” explained the West Siberian Transport Prosecutor’s Office.

An administrative protocol was drawn up against the owner of the quadcopter under Part 5 of Art. 11.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (control of an aircraft not registered with the state). The fine for such a violation ranges from 2 to 2.5 thousand rubles.
