The Internet seller from Zheleznogorsk will be judged for the deception of the buyer. A local resident turned to the police Zelenogorsk. According to him, he wanted to buy a faulty laptop through an Internet site, transferred 4.5 thousand rubles to the seller, and he disappeared and does not get in touch.
The police found out that after receiving the money for the laptop, its owner for a month under various pretexts transferred the delivery of equipment, and then simply stopped answering the buyer.
The operatives found a suspect in a crime. The young man explained his act by the fact that he had no desire to send a laptop to the buyer. And when the technique completely out of order, he threw it out. He found his guilt completely and promised to compensate for the damage.
Inquiry officers of the Zelenogorsk police opened a criminal case under part 1 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code “Fraud”. The attacker faces a punishment of imprisonment for up to two years.
