Credit Bank of Moscow is switching to the Modus CRM platform, developed by the vendor NOTA (part of the T1 IT holding). The migration of banks from among the top 10 to the domestic technology stack confirms the increase in the maturity of application software of Russian developers to the level of global leaders. In the segment of CRM platforms, more than 41% of companies already use import-substituted systems. This is evidenced by the “Pulse of Digitalization” study by the T1 IT holding.

At the start of the project, the MKB IT team carried out a multi-stage selection: it studied the solutions available on the market and tested them under real loads. As a result IT holding T1 has become a technology partner, and the integration is being implemented company ITFB Group.

The implementation project is divided into three phases, implementing the transfer of functions from the historical system. The second stage is now underway: the development of key business processes has been completed, scenarios for integration with internal software and the subsequent launch of a mechanism for synchronization and data migration have been described.

“Replacing a CRM system that has worked in a bank for more than 15 years is a difficult but necessary decision. Instead of a deep modernization of the technologically outdated foreign core, we decided to switch to the Russian platform, which will create the groundwork for the further development of client services,” noted Nikolay Ulyanov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the ICD.

“The transition to domestic CRM systems today is both a matter of import substitution and a strategic transformation of the infrastructure of large organizations. We see that the transition to domestic solutions is becoming not a forced measure, but a conscious choice in favor of controllability, flexibility and digital sovereignty,” commented TOIrill Bulgakov, deputy general director of the T1 IT holding for products and services, managing director of the NOTA vendor.

At the next stage, MKB plans to expand the number of Modus-based services, strengthen analytics, introduce AI tools to support decision-making and personalization, and develop omnichannel scenarios for interaction with customers.
