“There is no agreement on the resumption of negotiations (with Washington). No deadline was set, a promise was not submitted, and we did not even talk about returning to talks” – said the head of Iranian diplomacy on Thursday evening. Aragczi thus denied the declaration of US President Donald Trump, who announced that next week the next round of American-Iranian nuclear negotiations would take place.

The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Iran emphasized that American raids on Iranian nuclear objects “complicated and hindered” Tehran's relations with Washington. He added that currently Iranian authorities determine whether negotiations with the US are in the interest of Iran. Aragczi also confirmed the information that Iran's nuclear installations were “seriously damaged”. Earlier, on Wednesday, a spokesman for the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Esmail Bagei talked about it.

Last weekend, on the night of June 21-22, the US armed forces dropped a dozen or so bombs penetrating on Iranian Ford and Natanz nuclear objects. The American troops also attacked the Atomic Center in Isfahan. These impacts led to the end of Israel's raids for nuclear and military purposes in Iran, lasting from June 13. According to the Israeli authorities, these operations were to prevent Iran from producing a nuclear bomb. Tehran maintains that his nuclear program has only a peaceful character, and he responded to Israeli attacks with a rocket targets in Israel.

Earlier, in the period from mid-April to the end of May, five rounds of American-Iranian nuclear negotiations took place. The sixth was scheduled for June 14, but it did not come to fruition due to Israel's commencement of military operations against Iran. (PAP)
