In the first stage, the system covers only the largest companies, i.e. those that achieved a turnover exceeding PLN 200 million in 2024. According to estimates of the Ministry of Finance, there are approximately 4.2 thousand such companies.

In the second stage, which will start on April 1 this year, the system will cover the remaining companies – except for the smallest ones, which will be covered by it from January 1, 2027. The regulations define the smallest companies as entities whose turnover in a given month requires documentation in KSeF of no more than PLN 10,000. PLN per month. This means that these are entrepreneurs issuing invoices worth over PLN 10,000 to other companies. zloty.
