Euronews Romania announced on Friday that it is increasing its team with three new journalists, who will be presenters of the TV station: Tudor Mușat (ex B1 TV), Andreea Popa (ex Digi24) and Ștefana Purcar (ex Realitatea). Tudor Musat will moderate an evening show, in prime time, according to Euronews.
Andreea Popa, coming from Digi24, will present the news at 18:00 and 23:00, from Monday to Thursday. Ștefana Purcar, who has worked at Realitatea until now, will present the weekend diaries, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

“Starting with the weekend of 6–7 December, Euronews Romania is re-introducing the live mid-day broadcast on both Saturdays and Sundays. The new newscasts will be covered as follows:
- Ștefana Purcar — hours 07:00 – 10:00
- Felicia Macaleț — hours 11:00 – 15:00
- Arina Delcea and Gabi Bălașu, alternating — 16:00–20:00”, according to a Euronews press release.
“From December 4, Ștefana Purcar will also present the morning show every Friday, and her debut on the station will take place on the news on the weekend of November 28-29”, according to the press release.

Tudor Mușat will take over the talk show “Vocile care conteaza”, broadcast from 21:00 to 23:00, from Monday to Friday, starting January 5, 2026, and the journalist Paula Rusu will be a permanent guest with two appearances a week.
Euronews Romania was launched in 2022.
Tudor Mușat was in the past offered to become the spokesperson of the Government
In June, Tudor Mușat received an offer to be the spokesperson of the Romanian Government, but he refused, as Pagina de Media reported citing sources close to the journalist. On July 3, the Government announced that the new spokesperson is the journalist Ioana Ene Dogioiu.
“It was proposed to him and he decided to refuse for the sole reason that he wants to continue his journalistic career, which implies a certain equidistantness that would have been lost once he entered the political-administrative area,” said a close friend of the journalist.
Tudor Muşat was replaced in January this year from the show he presented in the evening, in prime time, on B1 TV. The journalist then spoke about changes in the approach of the B1 TV station, with which he did not agree: “I choose to remain dedicated to journalism and the only form of “activism” that I agree to practice is only in favor of this profession.”
