Astra Group and Vendor note will create a single system for the selection and training of staff

Vendor Nota (included in the IT Holding T1) and the developer of the system and applied Astra Group signed an agreement on cooperation as part of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (PMEF-2025).

Companies plan to test the technological integration of each other's products, as well as consider the possibility of creating a complex software line in part of HR-Tech and corporate communications.

Partners intend to combine their own HR solutions-a tool for automating the junion recruitment (vendor note) and a system for training and evaluating Knomary employees (Astra Group), creating a single digital space, covering all the stages of work with candidates-from selection to the development of talents.

In addition, as part of the interaction, players plan to ensure joint work of the Dion corporate communications platform (vendor note) and a comprehensive solution for remote access Termidees, created in the UVEON Cloud Technologies (part of the Astra Group). Remote access is a method of organizing a computer network in such a way that all the information with which employees work is concentrated in one place – the terminal server or the main computer of large computing power. Directly to the workplace, the actions performed are only broadcast to the monitor.

Companies plan to optimize processes to create a convenient and safe environment for remote work without loss of communication quality. Now in such sessions, there are often problems with sound and video due to a low signal, interruption or delay.

“Dion and Termiesk compatibility, in turn, will solve one of the key communications problems in remote access mode – the quality of sound transmission and video. Both projects are aimed at optimizing specific business processes, ”said Anton Spirin, Deputy General Director for Business Development of Vendor Nota (IT Holding T1).
