The document with the prizes that accumulate 1.7 million lei, offered by Elisabeta Lipă, former head of the National Sport Agency, was published Monday morning by Golazo, the sports site of Hotnews.
A mason was awarded over a chief accountant, a carpenter received more money than a doctor. And the star Roxana Ciuhulescu, with the position of senior counselor, received the maximum bonus: 40,000 lei.
This is the awards for 2024, received by ANS employees, in a period when not only the Romanian sport, but also the Romanians, are waiting for the austerity measures that the new Government will impose to lower the budget deficit.
It is an official document, an XL file, through which the employees of the National Sport Agency were awarded at the end of 2024.
“The list of persons benefiting from rights” is the title of the table in which the names of 484 people appear, rewarded with amounts between 3,000 and 40,000 lei.
In the section “Aprob” appears “President Elisabeta Lipă”. At the end of the table, Daniel Jianu (general manager) and George Dinu (director) also appear.
The 484 people shared a fund of 8,493,000 lei, which means around 1.7 million euros. Most in the list are those with the position of counselor. They represent almost 20% of the nearly 500 names. There are more waiters or cooks than they are, together, references and experts.
