More than 15 companies and entrepreneurs fulfilled the New Year's wishes of almost 40 little Norilsk residents as part of the Dream Ball charity event. The initiator was the Union of Employers of the Arctic Zone of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

The first to join were brothers Alexey and Alexander Lupka, entrepreneur Faig Davudov, Konstantin Zamyakin and representatives of other companies. Gifts included tablets, toys, art kits and event tickets.

Gifts were also donated to a children’s hospital as part of the “Box of Courage” campaign, and at the end of 2025, a festive matinee was held at the Norilsk Center for Social Assistance to Family and Children, which ended with the most anticipated event for the children – the presentation of sweet gifts from members of the Union.

The Unions also took part in the All-Russian “Wish Tree” (online). In total, gifts as part of this campaign were sent to children from different settlements of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and other northern regions.
