In accordance with the decision of the State Defense Committee, on the basis of the Khngganic Alovorudny field, a Hinganian mining plant was created.
The first exploration expedition arrived at Hinggan in the late 30s. It was headed by geologists M.I. ICICSON and A.P. Prokofiev.
“The very first samples taken from the casuals were given from the top to the top of the hill close to the camp: right under their feet lay a block of tin ore! On May 30, 1945, the brigadier of prospectors Ershov passed the first 14.3 kilograms of tin concentrate to Olovoskupka. A month later, a whole stall of heavy dark gray, grains, and one of the July days, the drivers of the old Zis-5 Polezhaev and Rytov took the tin of the tin Hingan.
On August 1, 1948, the prospectors of the Victory Artel read Order No. 1, signed by the director of the Khinganolovo plant E.F. Alexandrov: “At 8.00, go to the state production of Olov.” Now the plant began to develop with a rapid pace, day by day increasing the production of metal. Already in 1950, compared with 1946, ore processing was increased by 750, tin mining by 390%, an enrichment factory, a thermal power station were built, excavators, 10-ton ores of the YAAZ-210, and ZIF-12OO drilling machines appeared.
In the mid-1950s, the plant was experiencing a difficult period. The surface deposits of ore have been worked out, and the question arises of the liquidation of the enterprise due to the lack of cassiteritis. But geologists of the Far Eastern Territorial Administration are in no hurry to agree with such a decision. The famous researcher of the subsoil, now the Hero of Socialist Labor V.V. Onchimovsky, arrives in Khingansk. He is sure that the tin lies deeply and offers to drill the northern part of the workable deposit. One of the wells literally crashed into a rich ore. So, the Severnaya zone was opened, the approach to which was already carried out through the barrel of the capital “Capital”, commissioned in 1962. Already from the workings of the mine, new zones “Northern-deep”, “Dalnoye”, “Yubileinaya” were opened.

In the early 60s, the geologist Yu. Afonin discovered a new one in a great depth. The “Capital-Dream” mine was built, the last working horizon, which was located at a depth of 730 m. Later around the village. Khingansk was opened by several more deposits – Berezovskoye, Vevenskoye, Taga, Karadub, etc.
At the plant, the highest percentage of linen concentrate from ore was reached in the country. Along the way, a valuable mineral fluorite is extracted with a cassetric from ore. Processing was conducted at the beginning with a quarry, then underground mining.

In the 90s of the XX century, like many enterprises, the plant survived a deep financial crisis. With the organization of the new enterprise of the Hinganskoye Olovo OJSC, which is owned by the Novosibirsk tin (NOK), the restoration, reinforcement of the Hingansky mine and the enrichment factory began. The trunk of the Deeps shaft was restored, the hill on the horizon was minus eighty meters. According to the competition, this horizon was issued a state order to carry out exploration by the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation. The implementation was entrusted to the company “Khnggana Olovo”. On the horizon, minus thirty meters is conducted both exploration and prey.
Suddenly in the spring of 2006, the company went bankrupt. When the bankrupt enterprise was finally exhausted, for electricity, the navigable pumps, pumping underground waters from the mines, had nothing to pay. The pumping of the water was stopped, first at the lower, and then at the upper levels, underground waters filled out the production by millions of cubic meters of water, the mines stood with ownerless ten years.
In 2017, a new successful stage of development began near the territory. It is inextricably linked with the implementation of the investment project for the construction of the Mining and Processing Plant of the company “Small Hingan Resources”.
In 2019, the Hinggan GOK produced about 340 tons of tin concentrate. The planned time for working out the reserves of the tailing storage is 5 years. Then they want to go to the ore of nearby deposits. The company “Small Hingan Resources” owns licenses for the development of the nearest troops of the central and birch, located 4 km and 8 km, which means that the life of the factory will be extended for many years.

The Bureau of the Regional Committee of the CPSU considered the question “On the leadership of the Obluchensky district committee of the CPSU lecture propaganda.” The decision noted that at many enterprises, collective farms and at the place of residence of the workers, lectures, reports, conversations on political, economic and natural-scientific topics are regularly held. Lecture work is carried out by 283 freelance lecturers of the district committee of the CPSU and the Knowledge Society. Single political people are held monthly. The bureau demanded that the party’s district committee increase the role of lecture propaganda in the mobilization of the workers of the district to fulfill plans and obligations adopted for 1965 in the communist education of workers.

The regional committee of the CPSU held a meeting on the transition of enterprises to a new system of planning and economic incentive. It was attended by business managers, economic services, secretaries of party organizations of industrial enterprises, and party committees. The participants in the meeting shared the experience of managing in a new way, talked about how preparations are being prepared for the implementation of the reform.
The meeting was opened by the performance of the first secretary of the regional committee of the CPSU G.E. Nogaev. Deputy Director of the Dalselmash plant on economic issues M. Ya. Gomon made a report on the main content of the work on the preparation of the enterprise to switch to a new management system. For combine builders, this training has positively affected the strengthening of the economy of the enterprise.

She shared the experience of improving production, identifying new, unused, still reserves. It justifies itself, developed taking into account the specifics of the enterprise, the provision on inter -ended cooperation … The results of the mine are now determined not by tons of mined ore, but by the number of tin concentrate extracted from it. This increased the material interest of the miners in the extraction of high -quality ore.

Klimenko spoke with a story about the experience of material stimulation of production in the new conditions, about the improvement in the quality of the products. The head of the planned department of the factory of power transformers P.V. Pivkin shared the experience of developing intra -factory economic calculation. Nalivayko was devoted to the preparations conducted at the enterprise for the transition to a new management system.

The Bureau of the Regional Committee of the CPSU approved the initiative of the advanced collectives of the region to deploy a socialist competition for a worthy meeting of the anniversary of the region under the motto of the “50th anniversary of the region-50 shock labor weeks!”.
The adopted resolution noted that more than 37 thousand workers, about 600 workshops, plots, 1.1 thousand brigades assumed increased socialist obligations. Party, Soviet, trade union, Komsomol bodies and organizations, business managers are instructed to deploy a wide organizational and mass-political work to spread the pattern of advanced enterprises.
