The police of the Krasnoyarsk Territory continues the growth of the lack of employees. Such data in the first six months of 2025 was shared by the new head of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs Alexander Solovyov.

The non -comprehensive personnel is 19.5 % of the state. Recently, this indicator has become an order of magnitude higher. For comparison-in November 2024, the ex-head of the police, Alexander Rechitsky, announced an incomplete of 16.4 %. Thus, in six months, the value grew by three points at once.

In particular, 34.7 % of employees are not enough in the PPS, 30.1 % in the investigation authorities. Among the local non -membrane, 24.9 %is compiled. Separately, Alexander Solovyov noted the inquiry units, where the lack of employees is 24.8 %, while the existing composition for 2025 graduated from production and sent 2.7 thousand crimes to the court.

“In this regard, it is necessary to take additional measures aimed at improving the quality of the investigation. We will more actively use various types of encouragement of employees showing high results. I ask you to consider the issue of the possibility of additional payments of this category of employees from the regional budget, ”said Alexander Solovyov.

The head of the police also calls for active work on “maintaining the proper moral and psychological level in collectives”, training and education of employees. He also draws attention to the importance of the Institute of Mentority for new workers.

We add that the problem of the non -membrane of the personnel of the police is common for the whole country. So, in March of this year, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Vladimir Kolokoltsev, declared a shortage of 172 thousand employees. According to him, in 39 out of 96 territorial bodies, the non -commercial is more than 20 %. Among the main reasons are called non -competitive salary.
