The emergency services received the alert to the local time 13.20 (11.20 GMT), when the inhabitants in the area reported a huge black cloud coming from a plant from the industrial area to Red in Alcala de Guadaira, a city with almost 77,000 people, located 15 km from Sevilla, AFP reports, quoted by Agerpres.
