May 15, 1897

On this day, a fighter of the People's Army Army Vologin Alexander Grigoryevich was born. A. Zaitsev tells about him in the book “Immortality of the names of the land of Volochaevskaya” (12+).

In 1913, Alexander came to the Far East with his parents to relocate, at the age of 16 he began to work on the railway, where his father worked as a carpenter.

In 1916, the family moved to Art. In. During the Civil War, the Red Guard is partisan. Since 1919 he worked on the Ussuri railway by a driver in the depot of Art. In. After the war, he returned to Art. Ying, in 1925 joined the party. At first he worked as a stoker on a steam locomotive, then mastered the profession of a driver. From 1930 to 1935 he drove trains from the station in Khabarovsk and Bira. He was elected in the district, regional and Khabarovsk committees of the CPSU (b).

Alexander Grigoryevich was one of the initiators of the Stakhanov movement in the depot of Art. In. Later, the leadership of the Khabarovsk branch of Trans -Siberia Vologin A. G. was nominated to the post of chief of the Infish steam locomotive depot.

In December 1937, Vologin A. G. was elected a deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the first convocation. He died on October 29, 1939 during the session of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR in Moscow.

In 1939, Urnu was delivered with ashes to the Invo station, and on November 5 she was walled up in the village. Smidovich in the pedestal of the mass grave of the 150 Populations and partisans, who died in the Infested battle on December 28, 1921.

According to the results of the first quarter, the championship in the competition was again awarded to Birobidzhan and the crossing red banner of the Khabarovsk Regional Committee of the CPSU and the regional executive committee was left. The Birobidzhan industry completed the April task by 106%, and in four months – by 105%, the Khabarovsk residents have results, respectively: 104.9%and 103.2%.

Enterprises of the textile-cheat factory and the sewing factory of Komsomolsk-on-Amur significantly exceeded planned indicators. The Birobidzhans performed the April task for the production of gross products by 116.8%, and a four -month – by 114.8%. The first grade sewing products were produced 1.4% more than planned. The seamstresses of the city of youth have the following indicators, respectively: 116%, 105.3%and 1.9%.

In the same newspaper, it is written about interesting rationalization proposals, for example, about the method of landing in open soil of cabbage in April in the collective farm “Testament Ilyich”. At the Khinganolovo factory, work began on the unification of all drying departments into a single complex, and a more productive way of mass explosions was also successful. At the Teplozersky Cement Plant, a garland-screw curtain was successfully introduced in the firing workshop, the economic effect of this innovation is more than 150 thousand rubles a year, the plant rationalizers are busy reconstructing the aspiration system, and the improvement of the transportation of dry coal and ash.

The assembly of the activation of the regional and Birobidzhan city party organizations approved the Decree of the April (1973) Plenum of the Central Committee of the CPSU “On the International Activities of the CPSU Central Committee on the implementation of decisions of the XXIV party” and determined the tasks of the regional party organization. The meeting recommended party committees and primary party organizations the basis of organizational and political work to put a wide explanation to the working materials of the April Plenum of the CPSU Central Committee, to conduct an offensive struggle against the ideology of anti -communism, to expose the reactionary essence of international Zionism.

The newspaper “Birobidzhan Star” on May 15, 1977 on its pages spoke about the collective farm “Testament Ilyich”, which was formed in 1929 in the village of Valdheim. Representatives of 11 nationalities of the USSR work on the collective farm. For the entire time of its existence, the collective farm gave the workers of the Far East hundreds of thousands of tons of grain, vegetables, potatoes, milk and meat.

For success in the development of agricultural production, the collective farm was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor. The collective farm in the piggy bank: the anniversary memorial banner of the CPSU Central Committee, the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR, the Council of Ministers of the USSR and the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions-following the results of the socialist competition and in connection with the 50th anniversary of Soviet power. For successes in the ninth five -year plan, the collective farm was awarded the commemorative sign of the CPSU Central Committee, the Council of Ministers of the USSR, the All -Union Central Council of Trade Unions and the Komsomol Central Committee “For Labor Valor in the Ninth Five -Year Plan.” Among the 750 advanced groups of the country, it is listed on the All -Union Board of Honor of the VDNH of the USSR. On the collective farm there are three heroes of socialist labor, two people were awarded the Order of Lenin, three – the Order of the October Revolution, over twenty – orders of the Red Banner of Labor, “Badge of Honor” and Labor Glory. And in total, about 70 collective farmers were noted by orders and medals of the USSR.

During the Great Patriotic War, dozens of members of the collective farm with weapons in their hands defended the borders of the homeland. And the remaining in the rear they collected record crops, made their savings for the construction of military equipment.
