Volodymyr Zelensky on Putin's actions. He talked about “danger island”

“In the case of Russia, nothing changes, it is also now terrorizing life in Ukraine. A wave of drones hit Kryvyi Rih – the civilian infrastructure. Another several dozen combat drones were in the sky. Missiles were also registered. In fact, in these days there has not been a single night without Russian attacks on Ukraine. Most of the targets are infrastructure. Systemic terror against our energy industry” – wrote Zelensky in the Telegram messenger.
“Russia hopes to leave our part of Europe as an island of danger and abuse of human life. It is important not to let this happen,” he continued.
As Zelensky added, “Russia will be forced to end the war when it is no longer able to continue it.”
“Russia's real readiness for peace (will be manifested) not in words, which Putin has never been short of, but in actually stopping the attacks and killings, and that is exactly what he has a problem with,” he stressed.

“Therefore, every air defense kit for Ukraine is important to save lives. Every decision that can strengthen us brings the end of the war closer. Security can be guaranteed if everything we agree on, including in Washington, is implemented,” concluded the President of Ukraine.
“Productive conversation.” Donald Trump announces another meeting with Putin
Earlier in the day, after arriving in Washington, Zelensky said that Moscow wanted to resume dialogue with the US as soon as it heard about Tomahawk missiles for Kiev.
According to the announcement, the sale of American Tomahawk guided missiles to Ukraine is to be one of the topics of Zelensky's Friday conversation with President Donald Trump at the White House.
On Thursday, after a conversation with Russian leader Vladimir Putin, Trump seemed to suggest that the missiles would not be sold. He argued that the US needed them and could not exhaust its supplies. He also announced that he would most likely meet Putin in Budapest within two weeks, and their telephone conversation was “productive.”
