Residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory sent over 2 thousand requests to road workers over the year

In 2025, road workers received more than 2 thousand requests from residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory through social networks and the State Services portal. The questions concerned both repairs under the national project “Infrastructure for Life” and the current maintenance of roads.

According to the head of KrUDor, Andrey Zhuravlev, when organizing road work, the interests of residents of specific territories and the capabilities of road services are taken into account:

“It is important for us that the result is “not on paper,” but that local residents, drivers and all users are satisfied with the roads and roadside infrastructure. From January to the beginning of December, we processed about 500 requests submitted through State Services, and more than 1,500 requests were sent to us from social networks by specialists from the LRC of the Krasnoyarsk Territory,” he noted.

One of the key objects chosen based on requests from residents was the overhaul of an 8-km section of the Kansk-Aban-Boguchany highway. The share of requests related to this route was about a quarter of the total number. This year, a major overhaul program for the direction was launched, with the gradual conversion of a 100-km section to asphalt concrete.

Another major project was the overhaul of the Emelyanovo – Nikolskoye – Taloe highway, on the transit section along the village. Nikolskoye. The macadam road running near residential buildings was in poor condition, and dust from passing vehicles caused severe discomfort. This year, asphalt concrete was laid on the section from 28 to 30 km, sidewalks and lighting lines were installed.

The list of objects also includes sections of the highways: Partizanskoe – Boguslavka – Kalinovka, bypasses of Balakhta and Uzhur, Atamanovo – Kononovo – Kekur, Sineborsk – Veselye Klyuchi, Krasnoyarsk – Yeniseisk, Sharypovo – Uzhur – Balakhta, Yeniseisk – Gorskaya, Minusinsk – Novoselovo, Minino – Bugachevo, Yenisei – Shira, Bolshaya Murta – Yukseevo, Sukhobuzimskoye – Atamanovo, Emelyanovo – Ustyug and others.

According to Andrey Zhuravlev, an analysis of requests shows that the most popular topic remains the condition of the road surface. Residents also often raise questions about installing additional bus stops, sidewalks and lighting. We periodically receive requests for the installation of additional road signs and barrier fencing.

“We try to react promptly, we have corrected the content in some places, and we are including them in others in the plan for the national project. But here it is important to understand that some time may pass between the application and the repair, especially if we are talking about large-scale work, because it also requires the preparation of project documentation, the allocation of financing and the identification of a contractor. There are still moments and nuances, but people are happy with the results of the repairs, for us this is the most important thing,” emphasized the head of KrUDor.

Let us remind you that earlier in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, social activists assessed the quality of repairs of 28 regional road facilities, carried out within the framework of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”. The Ministry of Transport said that at the moment the total length of the sections adopted by activists is more than 120 kilometers.
