Last Hour US and China have reached an agreement to reduce customs duties

The official announcement suspends at least temporarily a commercial war between the world's largest economic powers, I write Reuters and Financial Times.

The United States and China said on Monday that they have reached an agreement on reducing mutual customs taxes, while Washington and Beijing are trying to end a trade war that disturbed the global economy and put the financial markets on the jar.

Speaking after discussions with Chinese officials in Geneva, US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said the two parties have reached an agreement for a 90 -day break on measures and that mutual customs duties will decrease by 115%.
