In the Oktyabrsky district of Krasnoyarsk, they plan to design water supply and sanitation networks for the private sector. This was reported by the Department of Urban Planning.

The contractor will have to develop a project and working documentation for networks in the residential area of ​​individual buildings of Tsimlyanskaya – Podgorny streets.

To do this, it will be necessary to carry out a full range of engineering surveys, perform an archaeological examination, provide for the trace of networks, taking into account the further connection to the houses in private, and also consider the possibility of maintaining the existing landscaping of the territory.

“Developers need to take into account a large height difference existing in the territory. In this regard, provide for the possibility of installing increasing pumping stations in the microdistrict. Some houses that are near Kalinin Street are provided with tap water, but there is no water supply in most of the territory, ”said Lyudmila Smirnova, deputy head of the MKU Office of Capital Construction.

The contractor must complete the design and receive a positive conclusion from the state examination until April 30, 2026. After that, if there is financing, construction may begin. The results of the auction will summarize at the end of May.
