
Hot and crispy outside, tender and juicy inside – such triangles from Lavash with filling have long become a favorite snack of many Russians. They are cooked quickly, and there are an infinitely many options for filling.
But among them there is a constant classic that never fails:
Ingredients
- Lavash – 2 large sheets
- Sausage (or ham) – 200 g
- Cheese (hard or melt) – 150 g
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp. tablespoons
- Egg (for lubrication) – 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil – for frying
- Paning – to taste
Cooking
1. Cut the sausage with thin slices, like cheese, or use blanks.
2. Skip the garlic through the press and mix with mayonnaise.
3. Cut the lavash into squares (approximately 10 × 10 cm). Lubricate each piece with garlic mayonnaise, lay out the sausage and cheese on top.
4. Fold the lavash with an envelope: first, bend the lower edge, then the side, wrapping the upper corner.
5. Warm up the pan with butter over medium heat. Then dip the triangles first into the egg, and then panic.
6. Put them with a seam down and fry them until golden crust (takes 2-3 minutes). By readiness, cut the envelope diagonally to get the same triangles.
Serve hot while the cheese stretches, and the lavash remains crispy. You can supplement with sauce or fresh vegetables of pleasant appetite!
