In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a drunken teenager miraculously survived in an accident on a donated motorcycle

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a 13-year-old boy who was driving without rights and at a state of intoxication overturned on a motorcycle.
According to the traffic police, the accident happened on July 29 late in the evening on the 20 km of the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station – the Lenin state farm. A teenager without a motorcycle and protective equipment rode on the ProGasi Palma motorcycle and allowed him to tip over on the roadway.
As a result of the accident, the boy received serious injuries and was hospitalized. The traffic police reported that he miraculously survived.
During the examination of the young driver, the alkotester showed 0.335 mg/l. It also turned out that his mother gave him a motorcycle for his birthday.
Two administrative protocols were drawn up for a woman: for failure to fulfill the duties of raising a minor and for the transfer of a vehicle without a driver’s license. Now it will be fined 30 thousand rubles.
Now police officers will have to find out where the teenager bought alcohol and conduct a check against the seller.
