In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, an investigation of two criminal cases was completed against local residents who are accused of fraud upon receipt of a one -time monetary payment for business development, the Investigative Department of the IC of the Russian Federation said.
According to investigators, two men 25 and 40 years old, having the status of the poor, decided to deceive the state. In 2023 and 2024, they submitted applications to the territorial social protection department for a subsidy for business development. In the documents, they indicated that they plan to buy equipment in a car service and tire fitting.
The payment of each amounted to about 350 thousand rubles. With men, they concluded a social contract, according to which they were obliged to report in the purchase of equipment. But within the agreed time, they provided fictitious documents, but they did not buy the equipment.
When the deception was opened, investigators opened criminal cases against attackers under Part 3 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (a large -scale fraud committed). The damage amounted to almost 700 thousand rubles.
At the moment, both cases have already been sent to the prosecutor, and after the approval of the indictment, they will go to court for consideration on the merits.
