In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, high snow cover remains – in some places its height reaches 50-60 centimeters. This was reported by leading employee of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Marina Makarova.
According to the weather forecaster, the same indicators are recorded in Yakutia (35-65 cm). In the Yamalo-Nenets and Khanty-Mansiysk districts, where in some places the snowdrifts reach up to a meter, Sever-Press reports.
The most snow in March accumulated in the Volga Federal District: in the Nizhny Novgorod and Penza regions, Chuvashia and Mari El, snowdrifts reach 50-78 centimeters. In Tatarstan, Bashkiria, Perm Territory and Kirov Region – from 30 to 70 centimeters.
On the coast of the Khabarovsk and Magadan territories, indicators reach 50-70 centimeters. At the same time, in Altai the snow is already actively melting,
