The Ukrainians managed to negotiate that the current American military assistance will not be included in the fund from which the extraction of raw materials will be financed. In addition, Trump for the first time since the introduction of the embargo decided to resume the export of American weapons to Ukraine. This is her first strategic victory achieved thanks to this agreement.
The American weapon is the best quality, right after the Israeli weapon. Access to the iron dome is a distant dream for Ukraine, but thanks to signing a contract with the USA, Ukraine approached its implementation.
Deposits on the territory occupied by Russia
Perhaps, however, more important than the supply of weapons is for Kiev that a significant part of the deposits, on which Donald Trump cares so much, is located on the territory of Ukraine currently occupied by Russia. There are two ways how the US can approach this issue.
The first assumes that the Ukrainians will be able to convince Donald Trump to send his troops to Ukraine, displace Russian occupiers from its territory, and then let in American companies there so that they could extract raw materials. This could be a republican ego, who thanks to this could introduce himself as “military-economic genius”.
However, there is also a second possibility that he can choose. After signing the contract with the Ukrainians behind them, Putin may come to an agreement and convince him to provide Americans with access to these strategic deposits – otherwise ahead of them from all over Ukraine's territory. Perhaps this threat is not enough and will have to give the Russians some of the profits from the operation of deposits. The agreement with Ukrainians clearly forbids it, but we have more than once found that Trump has no problem with non -compliance or breaking contracts.
Regardless of what he chooses, there will be less than four years in the White House. After him, the position of the US president can be taken by a more predictable politician. The one that will depend, if not on the principles, at least to maintain the advantage over Russia. So he will be able to do the same thing that the Russians did in Crimea.
Send your people to Ukraine – instead of green people, American mining teams will work there. With their help, the deposits will become armed bases, in which a fair fight for liberation of all of Ukraine may begin. Because she hasn't died yet.
