Volodymyr Zelensky appeals for pressure on Russia. “This task requires cooperation”


On Tuesday morning, Volodymyr Zelensky announced a meeting with members of the Ukrainian delegation that was conducting talks with the American side regarding the peace plan. “Rustem Umerov and the participants of the negotiations in Florida presented the main priorities of the American side in the dialogue. The talks were conducted on the basis of the Geneva document, which has been refined,” Zelensky said.

“With the participation of intelligence services A discussion was held with the American side on the prospects for implementing specific actions on the front and the issue of ensuring security against Russian attacks and violations of agreements in the event of a ceasefire,” the Ukrainian president revealed.
Volodymyr Zelensky also assured that Ukrainian diplomats are conducting activities aimed at significant involvement of the Coalition of the Willing countries and European countries in developing common solutions. “I informed the team about the talks with European leaders and Steve Witkoff that took place in Paris,” he added.
The Ukrainian leader also said that Russia had launched a disinformation campaign related to the meeting of representatives of Washington and Moscow. Zelensky also assured cooperation with the Donald Trump administration and European countries.

“I have ordered that we continue our maximum constructive cooperation with President Trump's team, as well as with European partners. “The Ukrainian intelligence services will provide our partners with the information we have about Russia's true intentions and its attempts to use diplomatic actions as a cover to ease sanctions and block important common European decisions,” he stressed.
“Ukraine takes all diplomatic activities very seriously: we are interested in real peace and guaranteed security. This is the kind of interest that should be exerted on the Russian side, and this task can only be achieved together with our partners,” he noted. He also informed about plans for further meetings between the USA and Ukraine.
