Alfa-Bank invests 3 billion rubles in the development of those who create the future of the country. And this is 3 million students and 300 universities throughout Russia.
Alfa-Black platform are grants and scholarships, all-Russian hackathons, free magistracy, departments and international schools.
The purpose of the platform is the development of talented youth and teachers, improve the infrastructure of educational institutions and the introduction of advanced educational technologies.

In Krasnoyarsk, Alfa-Bank implements educational projects together with the Siberian Federal University.
On April 4-5, Fintekh and a case championate organized by Alfa Bank and the Higher School of Economics were held in the SFU. Alfa-Bank experts shared the trends of Fintech and talked about the career opportunities in the industry, held practical workshops and master classes.
In the new academic year, Alfa-Bank, the Siberian Federal University and the Higher School of NiU open the network magistracy “Financial Technologies” on the basis of the Institute of Economics, Public Administration and Finance of the Siberian Federal District. Graduates of the program will receive two diplomas of higher education – the Siberian Federal District and the Higher School of Economics.
Alfa-Bank and SFU hold a grant competition to support talented students. In 2025, grants of 300,000 rubles were allocated for the implementation of the 100 most bold ideas.
