An earthquake case took place in a locality in Buzau County, where a 10-year-old girl would have been raped by a 44-year-old man and his son, 16 years old. The two would have lured the child with money and sweets and took it to an abandoned building, on the outskirts of the town.

The incident spent the other days, when the girl, raised by relatives because her parents are abroad, would have been approached by the two individuals. According to investigators, they would have promised the little girl money and sweets if they agree to accompany them to an isolated place. The two would have sexually abused her in a decommissioned building. The child later told the family through what he went through, and the grandfather immediately alerted the authorities, says Pro TV news.

Following the notification, the police intervened and detained the two suspects. The judges decided to prevent the preventive arrest of the man and his son for a period of 30 days for committing the crime of rape.

Her 12 -year -old girl and sister are in the care of relatives, in the context in which parents are going to work abroad. The two sisters were taken over by DGASPC representatives. The minors were taken to a placement center, where they will benefit from psychological assistance and specialized support. The investigation is in progress.
