The weather continues to be unusually cold for this period, in almost all Romania. Meteorologists announce low temperatures, mixed rainfall and wind intensifications in several areas of the country.

According to the National Meteorological Administration (ANM), the maximum temperatures on Friday, April 11, will be between 1 and 15 degrees Celsius, and the minimum ones, during the night, will vary between -2 degrees in east Transylvania and 9 degrees in the south and western Oltenia.

The rainfall will be in the form of Lapoviță and snow in Maramureș, North, East and Southeast Transylvania, as well as in western and northern Moldova. In the rest of Moldova and Transylvania there will be mixed rainfall, and in the other rains, sometimes. In the mountain it will snow, and locally a new layer of snow, 10 … 20 cm will be deposited.

The wind will be weak and moderate, with some intensifications in the first part of the day in Banat, Crișana, Oltenia, Dobrogea, northeast Muntenia and southeast Moldova, where the bursts will reach 50-60 km/h. In the mountain, especially in the high area of ​​the Southern Carpathians and the Carpathians, the wind will blow with 60–80 km/h, viscoling the snow.

Towards evening, the pole will be formed, and during the night it will be a fog on restricted areas. The atmospheric pressure will be declining, especially in the second part of the day.

Orange wind code in the mountain area

The ANM issued a Notification Nowcasting Orange Code for the mountain area of ​​Caraș-Severin and Hunedoara counties. Until 10:00, at altitudes of over 1,800 meters, wind gusts with speeds of 120-140 km/h will be reported.

Nowcasting warnings are emitted for immediate dangerous meteorological phenomena and have a validity of maximum six hours.

How will the weather be in Bucharest

In the capital, the sky will be temporarily cloudy, and during the evening and night there are possible rainfall. The wind will be weak and moderate, with bursts up to 40–45 km/h throughout the day.

The maximum temperature will be around 10 degrees Celsius, and the minimum, increasing from last nights, will be between 3 and 5 degrees Celsius. The atmospheric pressure is declining, announces ANM.
