A longtime collaborator of the PiS president died on March 15. Three days earlier it was questioned in the so -called Two towers. The interrogation was conducted by prosecutor Wrzosek, who was investigating this matter. Austrian businessman Gerald Birgfellnyr (who has the status of the victim in the case) – adv. Jacek Dubois and adv. Krystian Lasik.
The prosecutor's office also informed that she called her son and her husband's violinist, as well as proxies of the Austrian businessman. As indicated in the prosecutor's office, these people had contact with the violinist in the period preceding her death.

Barbara Skrzypek has collaborated with Jarosław Kaczyński for over 30 years. She had key functions, including head of the office or director of the PiS presidential office. She was responsible for arranging the calendar of Jarosław Kaczyński's works, arranging meetings or guarding important documents. She was also a representative of the Institute Lech Kaczyński, the main shareholder of the Srebrna company, to be responsible for the construction of Srebrna Tower skyscrapers in the center of Warsaw.
