As the press service of the State Emergencies Ministry of Ukraine in Telegram informed at night, due to getting into residential development and administration, four foci of fires that covered more than 600 m² occurred. Among the victims is one child.

On April 3, the aggressor country has struck a residential high-rise building in the Novobavar district of Kharkov. Previously, Terekhov reported the victims, including children, as well as a fire at the site of hit.
At night, the victims were removed from under the rubble.
Context
In 2022, Russian troops made a full -scale invasion of Ukraine in the northern, southern and eastern directions, in particular, partially occupied the Kharkov region. The invaders could not occupy the regional center; since then, regular strikes have been inflicted through the city with missiles, air bombs and drums.
On April 1, 2025, Terekhov said that in March the number of attacks by the army of the Russian Federation on Kharkov doubled. The situational center for a month recorded 42 attacks (in February – 21). Airy anxiety sounded 172 times in the city – on average five times a day.
