Krasnoyarsk journalist – member of the SVO became editor-in-chief of the regional publication

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, another participant in the educational program for training management personnel “Siberian Character” received a new appointment – VEteran SVO Marat Vinsky became editor-in-chief of the Krasnoyarsky Rabochiy newspaper.

On December 1, he began to fulfill his professional duties in this post, said Governor Mikhail Kotyukov.

Marat received a specialized education at Krasnoyarsk State University and devoted more than 20 years to journalism – he worked in various media, his reports are well known to residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

In 2023, during one of the editorial trips to Donetsk, Marat decided to leave to serve in the Northern Military District – in his words, he could not stay away. For displays of courage and valor he was awarded the medal “For Courage”.

He was wounded twice and was eventually discharged. After returning home returned to work, including with young people – he tells schoolchildren about the service and his experience. Vinsky successfully passed the selection for the “Siberian Character” program and is now studying at the Presidential Academy’s course “State and Municipal Administration”.
