The Ministry of Education and Research informed, on Monday evening, that in the overwhelming majority of classes there are no changes in the school year 2025-2026, the fiscal-budgetary measures, especially affecting the situation of the classes, informs AGERPRES.
After the reorganization of the 507 educational units and the increase of the weekly teaching norm by two hours, another measure provided by the fiscal-budgetary law no. 141/2025 was the modification of the minimum and maximum limits for the number of children in the classroom.
In this context, the Ministry of Education stated that “most of the classes in Romania that were within the previous limits will be within the new limits”.
