The maximum amount of the widow's pension, however, cannot exceed three times the lowest pension, currently 5,000. PLN 636.73 gross. This amount is valid from March 1, 2025 to February 28 2026.
When the sum of benefits in the intersection exceeds three times the lowest pension, the benefit will be reduced by the amount of exceeding. If the amount of the benefit received so far exceeds three times the lowest pension, the right to a widow will not be entitled. When calculating the amount of the Wdowiej pension, which is compared with a limit of three times the lowest pension, benefits paid by foreign institutions and other than one -off benefits and allowances granted on the basis of the Act or separate provisions are also taken into account. This means that the limit will include, for example, a nursing supplement and carbon equivalent. Such benefits as 500 plus for dependent or supporting benefit will not be taken into account.
