The cost of premises with a total area of almost 1,500 square meters. m – 21.6 million rubles.

The house, built in the early 1900s by the merchant of the Second Guild Ivan Fedorovich Zanin, initially served as a place for shops and living rooms. Later, the first floor was converted to the Zarya cinema, which became famous for the shows of popular films and series of that time, such as the 17-essential Sashka-Seminarist.

Oksana Pechenkin, Head of the Property Rights and Real Estate Department of the Krasnoyarsk branch of Rostelecom:

“This beautiful building has a rich past, but is not an object of cultural heritage. It is well known to every Minusintsy today: it has a communication department for many years. There is no need to use such a large object with the transition to digital technologies. It is advisable to sell it so that the new owner can breathe a new life into him in the interests of the townspeople. ”

Due to the high cross -country ability, transport accessibility and the presence of all necessary communications, the building easily adapts to various commercial needs, such as a restaurant, hotel or office. It is also suitable for storing values, creating warehouse zones, technical and service premises or workshops.

In addition, the object can become profitable by renting premises, bringing more than 1.5 million rubles a year from current tenants.
