The bailiffs confiscated from the Krasnoyarsk carrier the amount of the bribe transferred by him

In Krasnoyarsk, the bailiffs confiscated the entrepreneur with an amount equal to the bribe transferred to him.
The press service recalled that in August the court made a decision in a criminal case against the carrier. He gave bribes to receive positive decisions of experts when passing the inspection, even if the buses were actually faulty. The court found him guilty and sentenced him to a fine of 2.4 million rubles.

Until the fine was paid, the court left under the arrest of the entrepreneur’s account, as well as cars: Nissan Dzhuk, Ford Focus, Toyota Kaldin and the GAZ 3307 truck.
The court also ordered to transfer to the budget an amount equal to the transferred bribe – 429 thousand rubles.
The bailiffs of the Leninsky district aroused enforcement proceedings on this fact. They ensured that the entrepreneur transferred the entire amount to the bailiff department, and then transfer it to the budget.
