In Minusinsk, the court sentenced the former chief administrator of the department for the implementation of vouchers in the Sosnovy Bor sanatorium.
According to the investigation, from November 2020 to November 2021, the woman, using her official position, book a tickets, took payment for them, but did not give the money to the cash desk. Instead, she made up false reports and appropriated funds to herself. The total amount of damage amounted to 668,290 rubles.
“At the hearing, the ex-administrator of the Sosnovoy Borus did not plead guilty to the commission of the crime incriminated to her, taking advantage of the position of Art. 51 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, refused to testify, ”said the United press service of the courts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The woman was sentenced to three years in prison, but later he was replaced by forced labor for the same period with a deduction of 10 % of the state’s wage.
In addition, it will have to completely compensate for the damage to the sanatorium. The court recovered from it 668,290 rubles in favor of the Sosnovy Bor. The sentence has not yet entered into legal force.
