An inspector from the Ministry of Emergency Situations illegally issued certificates for driving a small boat to 4 residents of Norilsk

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, following claims from the Norilsk Transport Prosecutor, the court invalidated certificates for the right to operate a small vessel.
According to the West Siberian Transport Prosecutor's Office, violations were identified during the inspection.
“It was established that in 2024, an inspector of the Dudinsky inspectorate of the State Inspectorate of the State Inspectorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory illegally issued certificates for the right to operate a small vessel to 4 residents of the city of Norilsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, without actually passing the navigation exams,” the supervisory agency clarified.
Based on the results of the inspection, tThe transport prosecutor filed a lawsuitAmi on declaring the certificates invalid.
The court satisfied the prosecutor's claims in full.
