
The search for ripe avocados in Russian stores often turns into a real quest. Most fruits are sold unleasant, hard, which repels many buyers. But there is a simple and effective way to quickly bring the fruit to the desired degree of maturity.
It is enough to leave the avocado for several days in a place with good lighting, for example, on the windowsill. Sunlight helps to accelerate fruit ripening. For even greater efficiency, you can wrap avocado into foil.
If you need ripe avocados as soon as possible, use the microwave: pierce the peel with a toothpick and heat the fetus for 2 minutes.
