mBank Introduces Four Tailored Plans for Individual Customers

mBank has launched a new offering for individual clients, categorizing its solutions into four distinct plans that cater to diverse financial needs and life stages. This strategic move aims to simplify banking by highlighting not only the bank’s products but also the associated benefits and opportunities that assist clients in achieving both short-term and long-term financial goals.
Understanding the diverse needs of customers, mBank emphasizes that modern banking extends beyond simple accounts and cards. The new plans present a comprehensive view of the value and wide range of services available through the bank-client relationship. This approach not only simplifies the selection process for clients but also aligns more closely with their lifestyles and financial aspirations.
According to Jakub Zielonka, the director of the individual client department at mBank, “Clients no longer view banking through the lens of individual products. They expect solutions tailored to their lifestyles, goals, and financial situations. By reimagining our offerings from the perspective of client needs rather than product categories, we make it easier for them to grasp the benefits available at various life stages.”
The four plans are designed to showcase the full spectrum of what clients can achieve based on their chosen options. Regardless of whether they are just beginning their banking journey, advancing their careers and wealth, or seeking higher-tier services, clients can find one of the four plans that fits their specific requirements.
The first plan targets young individuals aged 13 to 24, introducing them to independent banking with features like a zero-fee account, a card, and free ATM withdrawals.
The second plan is tailored for those who actively engage in daily banking, offering a zero-fee account and ATM withdrawals, as well as a card that allows fee-free currency conversions in 180 currencies, provided specific activity conditions are met.
The third plan is aimed at clients requiring a broader array of services and additional conveniences. Alongside standard banking options, it includes free express transfers, priority customer support via hotline and chat, and travel-related benefits such as fee-free payments and cash withdrawals worldwide, plus privileges with select cards, including Fast Track at Warsaw Chopin Airport and access to airport lounges.
The most comprehensive plan is designed for private banking clients with financial assets exceeding 1 million PLN, offering personalized expert support and exclusive access to specialized services and events.
Giela Abdelwahab, director of strategic initiatives for retail banking at mBank, noted, “Our ambition is to build long-term relationships with clients. This requires that the bank’s offerings not only remain competitive but also be intuitive and suited to various life moments. The four plans reflect this approach and demonstrate how mBank supports clients in achieving their financial goals at every stage of their journey.”
In the next phase, mBank plans to extend these offers to business clients as well.
