A site is being prepared for school No. 76 in Krasnoyarsk for a modular building costing 255 million rubles

In Krasnoyarsk, preparation of the site for the new modular building of school No. 76 on 60 Let Oktyabrya Street continues. This was reported to the city administration.

Now workers are pouring and compacting the sand-crushed stone mixture. This is how specialists form a smooth and solid foundation for the future building. Additional work was required due to poor performance of obligations by the previous contractor.

After preparing the base, builders will lay a concrete pad. Then a metal frame will be installed on it and the assembly of the building will begin. Operational headquarters are held weekly to monitor construction. They involve the contractor, school management, representatives of the main education department and the district administration.

Work also continues on the second building of school No. 76 on 96 60 Let Oktyabrya Street. Design and estimate documentation has already been prepared to eliminate the emergency situation. It is currently undergoing a state examination, with a conclusion expected to be received in June.

“The modular building will be designed for 250–270 primary school students. Its construction will be an important step in providing comfortable conditions for the education of young Krasnoyarsk residents,” emphasized Marina Aksenova, head of the main education department.

The contract amount was more than 225 million rubles. According to the schedule, the contractor should complete the work in December 2026. The educational process in the new building will begin in 2027.
