Regional police operatives exposed three residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory of producing counterfeit alcohol at their dacha and stopped the activities of the underground workshop.

It was established that the criminal business was organized in 2020 by a 60-year-old man and his 33-year-old son. Their dacha plot in the Emelyanovsky district became the site for the production and storage of alcohol-containing liquid. The relatives recruited a 45-year-old acquaintance to implement the illegal scheme. The bootleggers sold their finished products to residents of Krasnoyarsk and neighboring municipalities.

“During a search in a specially equipped room, police found 21 tanks with a capacity of 500 liters each, over 270 five-liter bottles, as well as a set of food additives and dyes for tinting the product. In total, about 11 thousand liters of alcoholic beverages of dubious quality, the cost of which exceeds 6.7 million rubles, were seized from illegal circulation,” the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
