In Krasnoyarsk, the State Protection Service of Cultural Heritage Councils was agreed by the project of a comprehensive restoration of the Officers' House (Revson, 20).
The service recalled that the building was built in 1913 according to the project of architect Vladimir Sokolovsky for the city public assembly. Balls, city holidays, literary evenings were arranged in the building, and lectures were also held.
After the 1917 revolution, the building occupied the executive committee of the provincial council of workers, soldiers and peasant deputies. Later, it housed an evacuation hospital and a garrison house of officers.
Until 2010, the building was under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. Only in 2012 he was transferred to regional ownership, without changing his appointment.
