The head of the investigation of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed to organize a test of complaints from the inhabitants of the villages of Sedelnikovo and Shiver of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

One of the telegram channels reported a violation of the rights of residents of the village of Sedelnikovo for high-quality water supply. In 2023, a large sum was allocated for the construction of water intake structures and networks from the budget, however, in accordance with the design documentation, only one well was drilled in the village. At the same time, the water supplied from it is unsuitable for consumption and household needs due to the unnatural color and the presence of impurities of harmful substances.

Repeated appeals to the authorized bodies have not brought results, it has not been taken measures to eliminate violations to the present. In addition, the supply of a vital resource is not organized, which is why local residents, among whom are pensioners, are forced to independently take drinking water in other settlements.

In the GSU of the IC of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia, a procedural audit was organized on this fact.

Also, the head of the investigation committee put on control of the verification of information about the inappropriate transport infrastructure in the village of Shivera, the city district of Zaroznogorsk. The social network reported a violation of the rights of residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory for transport accessibility. The only road connecting the village with other settlements is in an unsuitable state for several years: there is no asphalt coating, numerous pits and ruts were formed on the surface, the ground canvas is eroded during precipitation and melting of snow.

As a result, the movement of vehicles, including emergency services and school buses, is difficult. Repeated appeals to the authorized bodies did not bring results, it was not taken measures to organize repair work.
