In Krasnoyarsk, the fight against unauthorized street trading continues – on April 15, a raid took place in the Severny microdistrict. Employees of the administrative commission, police, tax and veterinary services checked the address to which complaints were often received.

On the site near house No. 12 on 9 May Street, trays were found along the pedestrian paths. At the same time, some residents are unhappy with the garbage that remains there, while others, on the contrary, support the spontaneous market. “It’s very convenient when you come down from home and buy everything you need. There is no need to go somewhere. The only thing is to carefully choose vegetables and fruits. I don’t buy meat here,” said Krasnoyarsk resident Evgeniy.
As a result, 17 fines were issued to violating traders – up to 2 thousand rubles each.
In total, since the beginning of this year, 39 protocols have already been drawn up for unauthorized trading on May 9 Street, the total amount of penalties amounted to 70 thousand rubles.
“I want to once again draw the attention of residents to the fact that products at spontaneous markets can be dangerous. Many sellers ignore storage rules: for example, meat lies in the open air all day and is covered with dirty rags. That is why, several years ago, so-called social rows were created for city residents, where surplus dacha produce can be sold absolutely free of charge,” said the acting head of the administration of the Sovetsky district Alexander Eidemiller
Let us remind you that in the largest district of Krasnoyarsk there are more than 120 places for trade. There, citizens can sell their products at any time and day of the week; one of the main conditions is to keep the area and counters clean.
