After a migration raid in Krasnoyarsk, 9 foreigners will be expelled from Russia (video)

As part of the operational and preventive measure “Illegal 2025,” Krasnoyarsk law enforcement officers conducted a raid to identify violations in the field of migration in the Oktyabrsky and Sovetsky districts of the city.

In several catering establishments, markets and at a residential building construction site 99 foreign citizens were checked.

“40 administrative violations were identified along the migration line. 9 foreigners are subject to deportation from the Russian Federation. In addition, verification material was collected under Article 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Fictitious registration of a foreign citizen or stateless person at the place of stay in the Russian Federation),” said the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Also, all foreigners were fingerprinted, and each of them had a preventive conversation about preventing committing offenses and crimes.

The police added that they continue systematic work to identify and suppress violations of migration legislation, establish the places of illegal presence of foreigners and stateless persons, their residence and illegal work activities.
