According to Putin, European countries allegedly “began to prevent” the United States from “achieving peace” in the Russian Federation’s war against Ukraine through negotiations.
The illegitimate Russian president claims that the changes to the US “peace plan”, which were made by the European side, are supposedly aimed at blocking the peace process in Ukraine.
“To put forward demands that are absolutely unacceptable for Russia – they understand this. And thereby then blame the collapse of the peace process on Russia,” Putin added.
