Paska in chocolate without an oven looks impressive, but is actually very easy to prepare. Recipe

Curd Easter cake in a chocolate case is prepared very quickly, but it turns out incredibly tasty and aesthetically pleasing. The author of the Ukrainian YouTube channel Ptashka Oly shared the recipe for such paska.

“We’ll prepare a very impressive cottage cheese Easter in a chocolate case. It looks like a dessert from a confectionery shop, but in fact it’s quite simple to prepare. Inside there is a delicate curd mass, and on the outside there is a thin layer of white chocolate. It tastes very much like chocolate-covered cheese,” the blogger noted.

Chocolate body:

  • 120 g white chocolate;
  • optional fat-soluble dye.

Curd part:

  • 300 g of cottage cheese with a fat content of 9%;
  • 90 g cream with 33% fat content;
  • 60 g butter (room temperature);
  • 60 g sugar;
  • 36 g white chocolate;
  • two yolks;
  • 90 g candied fruits (can be replaced with nuts or dried fruits).

Preparation

  1. Place the mold in the freezer for a few minutes – this will help the chocolate set faster.
  2. Melt the chocolate in 10-15 second bursts in the microwave, stirring each time.
  3. Pour into the mold, spread along the sides and place in the freezer for five minutes. When the layer has set a little, apply another layer for strength and put it back in the freezer.
  4. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with soft butter.
  5. Beat the yolks with sugar until light. Heat the cream, but do not bring it to a boil. Pour into the yolks in a thin stream, stirring constantly.
  6. Place over low heat and cook until thickened, about one and a half minutes. Add white chocolate, stir and cool to room temperature.
  7. Mix the curd mass with custard, add candied fruits.
  8. Place in a chocolate mold and place in the freezer for at least six hours.
  9. Carefully remove the mold and place the paska in the refrigerator to defrost. You can leave it overnight before the holiday.
  10. Before serving, garnish with berries and chocolate eggs.
  11. Cut with a hot knife for a perfect cut.
