“Previously, parents with many children could apply for a deferment online only if they had three or more children in one marriage. Now, during the verification, all children under 18 years of age will be taken into account – regardless of whether they were born in an existing marriage or not. Separately, the system will automatically check whether there are alimony debts in the Unified Register of Debtors,” the message says.
The Ministry of Defense clarified that parents with many children are invited to take part in the testing if they do not yet have a formal deferment, have three or more children under 18 years of age (all children are taken into account, regardless of marital status), are not debtors to pay alimony or the debt does not exceed the amount of payments for three months, and the father’s details (full name, date of birth, tax number) are correctly entered into state registers. Also, all children must be born in Ukraine. If the data in state registers turns out to be out of date or the arrears of alimony payments exceed the amount of three months of payments, a deferment will not be granted. In this case, you must first update the information in the registers and pay off the debt.
At the first stage, the service will be available only to users from the list of beta testers. You can take part in testing by filling out the form on the website. After testing is completed, the function in “Reserve+” will become available to all parents with many children, the department informed.

“Reserve+” is an application that provides the functions of a military service member's electronic account. The application is available for download to smartphones through the App Store and Google Play Market. It makes it possible to quickly update data and access information in the Oberig register. Thanks to the application, Ukrainians can update their data and generate a military electronic document.
Deferrals in “Reserve+” were launched in November 2024.
