The last time they negotiated, we had to dismantle their nuclear program, but it didn't work. Then we took it down in a different way, so we'll see what happens.

Meanwhile, Ali Larijani, secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, announced on social media that the “creation of a negotiation framework” with the United States was progressing, although the latter did not rule out possible military action against Tehran.
