Colossal surprise in the superliga dam. Metaloglobus promoted for the first time in the football elite
Metaloglobus succeeded on Sunday night what seemed impossible in the season of the season. The Bucharest team promoted for the first time in the elite echelon of Romanian football, after defeating Politehnica Iași with a score of 1-0 (0-0), on his own ground, in the second leg of the dam for maintaining/promoting in superlig.

After tearing an equal in the first leg, in Iași, 1-1, the team coached by Ianis Zicu was imposed by a goal scored by Dragoș Huiban (85), after a release of the goalkeeper George Gavrilaș. In the tour, at 1-0 for Poli, the Iasi missed a penalty, through Alin Roman.
Poli Iași ended in the 7th place (out of 10 teams) in the play-out of the Superligi, losing at home with Petroleum and entered the dam. With this slightly expected relegation, the club will be insolvency and probably bankrupt.
Metaloglobus, budget of 350,000 euros
On the other side, Metalogobus ranked 5 in the Play-off of the Second League (Steaua had no right of promotion). The Bucharest team is sponsored by a Syrian businessman, has a budget of 350,000 euros, and the average team salary is 1,500 euros per month.
On Monday, the second dam for Superliga is played, between Unirea Slobozia and FC Voluntari. In the tour, Ilfovenii won 2-1.
