In September 2025, a consumer discovered tickets for a new Zivert concert being sold on the website. But the places he had previously bought were also sold. Technical support again limited itself to formal excuses: “we are waiting for official information from the event organizer, we will provide an answer based on the results.” Without waiting for the issue to be resolved, the victim turned to Rospotrebnadzor to protect his rights.

“During the work, our specialists found out that the organizer was the individual entrepreneur Ya.S. Shitova, who ceased her activities as an individual entrepreneur back in December 2024. However, this does not relieve the obligation to return money for unfulfilled obligations. The consumer is recommended to send a written complaint to the concert organizer demanding a refund. If he refuses to voluntarily satisfy the demands, he has the right to go to court. We, in turn, are ready to present a conclusion,” the department said.
