A fan of the singer said that in At the beginning of 2023, I purchased online tickets for her performance in Krasnoyarsk, scheduled for April of the same year. But on the eve of the event, it was postponed to February 2024 due to health problems of the artist. New tickets arrived by email a month before the designated date, but this solo album did not take place. When asked about the next planned date, the ticket operator’s technical support responded that the information was being clarified.

In September 2025, a consumer discovered tickets for a new Zivert concert being sold on the website. But the places he had previously bought were also sold. Technical support again limited itself to formal excuses: “we are waiting for official information from the event organizer, we will provide an answer based on the results.” Without waiting for the issue to be resolved, the victim turned to Rospotrebnadzor to protect his rights.

During the work, our specialists found out that the organizer was the individual entrepreneur Ya.S. Shitova, who ceased her activities as an individual entrepreneur back in December 2024. However, this does not relieve the obligation to return money for unfulfilled obligations. The consumer is recommended to send a written complaint to the concert organizer demanding a refund. If he refuses to voluntarily satisfy the demands, he has the right to go to court. We, in turn, are ready to present a conclusion,” the department said.
